We could sleep very well thanks the quiet neighbors.
We could sleep very well thanks the quiet neighbors. We felt more safe thanks the double door's lock. We liked the fast water in the bathroom.
The room smelled like a dead rat because the cleaning lady didn't show up at that day. We were moved to another recently cleaned up room. The entrance path is rough and very wet at raining.

the CR has odor of coackroaches, the aircon HP is not enough for the intended room, surrounding must be maintain its cleanliness, the plants must be maintained its good growing phase.

Relaxing Stay!!
The place though a bit far on the City is good...coz its near Bakers Hill and other tourist spots...not to mention the market where u can purchase cheap and fresh fish..The staff are polite...Drinking water is what i really like coz its always available and refillable..I would love to comeback again..
The light on the sala is a bit dim..rice cooker is nearing its end good thing there was a stove..the toilet sit...just check it out..i thought there was also a shower and a hot water but it was only there for display..but for my family,those are just minor things..

Great value
There's a little store by the reception desk that you can buy supplies- from soap/shampoo/noodles/drinks..etc, open for 24 hours. Staff was extra nice and accommodating. Laundry service is provided at a reasonable rate. Shower was ok. Space to stay included a kitchen with utensils provided, allowing guests to cook and have meals together, a way to save your budget instead of going out to eat all the time. A great value for your money.
Toilet was small and I don't like the smell. Bathroom door knob was broken, the toilet light has a loose connection- sometimes would turn on, but more often than not - would not. The AC in our room barely cools the place, we had to turn on the fan. The kitchen area for meals was very warm, there's no window or exhaust so the place gets extra hot when eating- we had to open the rooms so at least the AC will help cool the kitchen too.
